2) Scope and purposes

We operate this site to publish materials on Social Friction. We process personal data to (a) deliver the site, (b) handle communications, and (c) meet legal obligations. Information duties per Arts. 13/14 GDPR.

3) Hosting and processors

This site is hosted by STRATO AG (strato.de). Hosting entails processing server log data and security telemetry under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

4) Server logs (necessary for operation)

When you access the site, the server automatically processes: IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, user agent, HTTP status, bytes transferred.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation and abuse prevention).
Retention: STRATO makes logfiles available for up to ~6 weeks; we do not keep them longer than necessary and delete/anonymise earlier where possible.

5) Cookies and similar technologies

We aim to run the site without non-essential cookies. If analytics/marketing/comfort technologies are introduced, we will request prior consent and only activate them after opt-in (§ 25 TTDSG; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the banner settings.

If you contact us, we process your message and contact data to respond.
